Wedding Day Timeline
Ceremony
4:00pm
The ceremony will take place in an outdoor wooded chapel on the Hardy Farms property
Arrival
3:00 pm to 3:30 PM
Shuttles will be available from hotels on the accommodations page. They will be leaving between 2:30 and 3pm. There is some parking available on site, but carpooling is recommended. All guests should plan to be seated by 3:45 pm.

Cocktails and food will be served on the patio along with lawn games, followed by dinner in the sail tent, dessert and dancing in the barn.
Food will be served family-style and will feature a variety of locally and organically sourced dishes designed to accommodate all palates, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free preferences.
Shuttles will be available back to hotels starting at 9pm and running until 10pm.
